This Privacy Policy explains how Juno Labs Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit the Bloodhound by Scott website or use our parts sourcing and procurement service. Our human buyers use AI tools to help specialty vehicle teams find parts, compare quotes, coordinate approved purchases and delivery, and resolve order issues.

This policy covers those services and our related text, email, and customer support communications.

2. Text Messages and Mobile Information

You can opt in to recurring Bloodhound text messages by texting PARTS to (586) 257-2798 after reviewing the SMS disclosure on our website. We use your mobile number and message content for parts sourcing inquiries, quotes, order and delivery coordination, and customer support. This SMS program does not send promotional texts. Message frequency varies with your requests and orders. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can email us instead. Providing a phone number in a contact or callback form, accepting our general Terms, or sending an email does not by itself subscribe you to recurring text messages.

You can withdraw your messaging consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting bloodhound@tryscott.ai. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation text; no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact the same email address.

We do not sell or share mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share this information only with providers that help deliver and support our messaging service, such as Twilio, as needed for that service, or as required by law. These providers are not authorized to use it for their own marketing. These restrictions apply to mobile messaging information throughout this policy.

3. Information We Collect

• Contact and business information: your name, email, phone number, company, and team details that you provide.
• Parts and order information: specifications, part numbers, descriptions, photos, quantities, supplier preferences, quotes, purchase approvals, delivery details, and related correspondence.
• Communications and preferences: inquiries, message content, support history, and SMS opt-in and opt-out information.
• Technical information: website request logs and information such as IP address, browser type, device details, and timestamps used to operate and protect the website.
• Billing information: information needed to invoice or process payments for the service. Payment card processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store payment card numbers.

4. How We Use Your Data

• Understand your request, research parts and suppliers, and prepare quotes.
• Coordinate approved purchases, delivery, and order support.
• Respond to inquiries and communicate about your requests and orders through your chosen channels.
• Process billing, maintain business records, and manage communication preferences.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service, including the AI tools our buyers use for sourcing.
• Meet legal obligations and address misuse or disputes.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Service Providers and Other Sharing

We use providers to support website hosting, communications, scheduling, payments, and AI-assisted sourcing. They may process the information needed for those functions. For example, Twilio supports text messaging and Cal.com supports our contact and meeting flow.

To fulfill procurement requests, we may provide relevant specifications, order information, and delivery details to suppliers and delivery providers. The mobile messaging restrictions above continue to apply. SMS opt-in and consent data is not provided to suppliers for their own messaging programs.

We may also disclose information as required by law or to address fraud, protect rights, or respond to legal requests.

6. Data Retention

We retain information as needed to handle requests and orders, provide support, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet applicable business and legal obligations.

You can request deletion by contacting founders@tryscott.ai. Some records may need to be retained to meet those obligations or honor your opt-out.

We use safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transmission and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We use applicable safeguards where required for international transfers.

11. Children's Privacy

Bloodhound is a business procurement service and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Email Communications and CAN-SPAM Compliance

Juno Labs Inc., including Bloodhound by Scott, is committed to complying with the CAN-SPAM Act in its commercial email communications. When we send marketing emails, we:

• Use accurate sender information and subject lines, and identify advertisements as required.
• Include a valid physical postal address and a clear, easy way to unsubscribe from all marketing emails.
• Keep the unsubscribe method available for at least 30 days after sending each email and honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, without a fee.
• Do not sell or transfer opted-out email addresses, except to a service provider helping us comply with your request.
• Require and monitor compliance by providers sending marketing emails on our behalf.

To stop receiving marketing emails, use the unsubscribe instructions in the email or contact bloodhound@tryscott.ai. You may still receive non-marketing emails necessary to fulfill your requests or service your orders.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest update. We will provide notice of significant changes where required.
